Contained by design.

Deployment is compliance-led: region by region, framework-first.

Review status.

An internal security review of the full contract set is complete and its findings have been closed in remediation sprints. An external, integration- and configuration-scoped review precedes mainnet deployment and token generation.

Constraints, written in code.

  • Category caps and future-supply caps live in the token and cannot be exceeded by any role.
  • Vesting caps are covenants: the vesting contract's caps cannot be lowered below existing schedules, and their sum is bounded by initial supply.
  • Upgrades are timelocked (24 h minimum, 72 h window) and executed only by governance; emergency upgrades need two or more approvals and a bounded delay.
  • Emergency transfer authority is capped at a small fraction of supply per call.
  • Pause is asymmetric: emergency can pause, only governance can unpause.
  • The price oracle is dual-source, bounded, staleness-checked and flash-loan-guarded; a three-level circuit breaker halts settlement on dislocation and cannot be reset before a minimum halt period.
  • Coalition escrow health is recomputed on every obligation change; settlement is blocked below 1.0× cover and an insurance fund activates on default.
  • Deposits into a coalition's escrow and withdrawals from it are gated by different roles, so a coalition's funding wallet cannot drain its own escrow.

Failure is scoped before it happens.

Regional isolation

Regional settlement is configured and paused per region. One region can pause while others continue, and ordinary token transfers carry on.

Compliance tiers, switched by market

The compliance layer supports KYC tiers, per-address daily limits and Travel-Rule-aware thresholds. It is exercised on testnet and switched per market at launch; protocol modules and consumer addresses are classed separately, so limits apply to consumers only.

Cross-chain conservatism

Bridged RWLY can exist only against RWLY locked on Polygon; bridge amounts are bounded per transaction and per day; the bridge pauses independently.

Keys move to governance.

Deployment keys hold bootstrap roles only during deployment and are retired before token generation. Administrative, emergency, treasury and regional roles are held by governance multisigs distinct from the deployer; the role-health check that enforces this blocks the runbook on failure. Proxy administration is owned by the protocol's own proxy manager, and its ownership is transferable to governance.

Roles move to governance multisigs before token generation; the role-health check enforces it at deploy.

Four postures.

01

Regulation-ready first

The protocol deploys region by region, gated on regulatory readiness. A jurisdiction's framework sets the calendar.

02

Candidate frameworks under evaluation

Middle East digital-asset regimes (UAE — VARA, ADGM, DIFC; Bahrain CBB) and the European Union under MiCA.

03

United States

Excluded at token generation, pending a settled framework.

04

Where frameworks are still forming

Where a framework is still forming, the application operates in points and local currency, and the protocol follows the framework.

One region can pause while others continue.

Why the framework has to come first.

Converting loyalty points into a transferable token can change how a program is treated under money-transmission and prepaid-access rules. The protocol activates only where that treatment is clear.
