RWLY — the settlement layer for rewards.

Value is recorded the moment it is earned, backed by stablecoin held in escrow, and settled inside the coalition that issued it — so one program can serve a whole place, and any operator or builder can run on the same layer.

Deployment is compliance-led: region by region, framework-first.

Every reward has an origin.

Every reward has an origin: a purchase, a shift worked, a visit, an action. RWLY records that origin on-chain at the moment the reward is earned, backs the obligation with stablecoin held in escrow, and settles it only inside the coalition that issued it. Three methods — earn-time commitment, coalition escrow with a live health factor, and coalition-scoped settlement — make what a single operator does today portable to any operator.

A framework decides the calendar.

The protocol activates where a regulatory framework for digital settlement is ready. Frameworks in the Middle East and the European Union are under evaluation.
