As of September 2026, no RWLY token has been issued, and none has been offered for sale. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy any token or security in any jurisdiction.
RWLY will not be offered or distributed to US persons at token generation, and the protocol's conversion paths activate in a jurisdiction only when its framework for digital settlement is ready.
rwly.live is operated by Rewardly Protocol Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Rewardly", "we", "us"). The site describes the RWLY protocol: its architecture, its token mechanics as implemented in code, and the conditions under which it would be deployed. It is published for information only.
By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any token, security, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction where such an offer, solicitation or recommendation would be unlawful.
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own advice before acting on anything you read here.
Statements about the protocol's future deployment are conditional, not scheduled. The protocol activates only where a regulatory framework for digital settlement is ready, and that condition is outside our control.
The site contains statements about intentions, design and conditions that have not yet been met. These are not promises. Architecture, mechanics and deployment posture may change, including in response to regulatory developments, review findings, or governance decisions.
Figures describing contracts, supply, allocation, fees and staking are drawn from the protocol's contract repository at a stated point in time. Code changes; the site may lag. Where the repository and this site disagree, the repository governs.
An internal security review of the contract set is complete. An external, integration- and configuration-scoped review precedes mainnet deployment and token generation.
The site, its content, design, text, graphics and code are owned by Rewardly Protocol Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Two patent applications are pending.

You agree not to:
The site links to a small number of external destinations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewardly Protocol Inc, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewardly Protocol Inc against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any future token would be issued by a separate entity, disclosed at token generation, and not by the entity that operates this site.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
