This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. We do not track wallets, and we do not run analytics that fingerprint you.
rwly.live is operated by Rewardly Protocol Inc, a Delaware corporation, which is the controller of the personal data described below. Privacy requests: privacy@rwly.live or the contact page.
Contact-form submissions. When you use the contact page, we receive the name, organization, role, region, description and email address you enter, plus which of the two intents you selected. We also record the time of submission and the originating IP address, which our infrastructure logs as part of handling the request.
Server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers keep standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for security and operational purposes.
We use contact-form data solely to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. For builder enquiries that means sending the interface set and testnet registry; for partner enquiries it means following up about diligence and partnership conversations. We use server logs to keep the site available and secure.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us, and in operating the site securely.
Contact-form data is stored in our database and is accessible to Rewardly Protocol Inc personnel who handle enquiries. We use infrastructure and email providers to host the site, store submissions and deliver our replies; they process data on our instructions only.
We disclose personal data to third parties otherwise only where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The site and its data are hosted on infrastructure located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your data will be transferred there.
Where data is transferred from the EU, UK or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on the safeguards applicable law requires, including standard contractual clauses with our providers.
We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after the last exchange with you, then delete them; earlier on request. Server logs are retained on our providers' standard schedules, typically 30 to 90 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page, or write to privacy@rwly.live. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident you may also request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising any right. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the period the law requires.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary to serve the page.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
